Today I decided to research into what a Website Design Brief was. I googled a number of sites and sifted through them. To my delight, Website Design Briefs is a quick outline of what a person is wanting as a website. Some templates were very in-depth which lead me to keep the Lean Canvas as my Design Brief. Some other templates lead me down the next path into the Website Design phase. One of the Design Briefs I did like was the Website Brief found on  https://project-brief.casual.pm/  . It was a very basic tool to use and was more like a tool to use for designing a website. I have chosen this particular brief desing to use as a planning tool for the design of the site. Deliverable #2 - Anecdotal Notes: Website Design/Mockup 2D Sketches

21 October 2019: Cory has begun the construction of the website. The home page is complete, we have purchased the domain. Now time to start putting resources into it. A couple of things we need to look at are: - the Maori name for the Hub - confirmation is required of the correct term being used. - copyright of the images used. - the picture of the storehouse is being worked on by a graphic design person to cut it from the photo and make it stand alone without a backdrop, therefore making it our property. - continuing to clean up the interface and back pages where the resources are stored. https://www.thehubnz.online/ 14 October 2019: To date, I have looked at using WordPress but have run into issues with formatting as the free designs aren't giving formats of what is liked. https://wordpress.com/home/thehub156307652.wordpress.com?d=theme . Methodological / Research Design

The methodology of a Masters thesis is by far one of the most critical success (or failure) factors. You want to pick a research methodology that makes sense for your topic, your experience and skill level, and your resources. It’s also got to deliver a way to findings and conclusions that will produce results and garner you the master's thesis grade you are seeking (Essay,UK. 2018). I will be using both Quantitative and Qualitative methodology approaches as Creswell (2013) mentioned that depending on the research and what it is the researcher is wanting to find out, will depend on the methodology used. As I will be monitoring the online analytics and collecting numerical data based on the interest of the product, the quantitative approach is required. I will also be needing quantitative data for measuring the need of improvements in the content of the project.
