Deliverable #1 - Design Brief

Image
Today I decided to research into what a Website Design Brief was. I googled a number of sites and sifted through them. To my delight, Website Design Briefs is a quick outline of what a person is wanting as a website. Some templates were very in-depth which lead me to keep the Lean Canvas as my Design Brief. Some other templates lead me down the next path into the Website Design phase. One of the Design Briefs I did like was the Website Brief found on  https://project-brief.casual.pm/  . It was a very basic tool to use and was more like a tool to use for designing a website. I have chosen this particular brief desing to use as a planning tool for the design of the site. Other websites visited included: https://www.business2community.com/web-design/create-website-design-brief-02012786 https://www.methodandclass.com/articles/how-to-write-a-brief-for-a-website I also looked into what a Lean Canvas was as I wanted to know if the Lean Canvas I had created s

August Evidence of Collaboration

Image
Initially, our Project Group met up at our face to face in Auckland. From there our first point of contact was through slack. We set up our own "Direct Message" thread. Our first lot of slack communication began Friday 19th July. Since then we have used slack to communicate understanding, share documents, send reminders, share links to online meetings, and to provide support. Another form of collaboration and planning that we have had to use is "Trello". This is to help set up our timeframes, to do's, doings, and done lists. We also use this space to access each others Trello Boards to support each other's projects. For our group to be able to share documents a bit more easier and freer, I set up a Google Folder. Along with this folder was a file that we used to help organise meeting times "Collaboration Plan Organiser" and another file "Learning Outcomes" which was where each group member cou

Learning Agreement - First Draft

Image
This Learning Agreement serves as a template which documents the expectations and responsibilities of all parties involved in the completion of the practice-based change project learning component of the Mather's of Contemporary Education programme. Importantly, the Learning Agreement anchors the development of the intended practice-based project to our learning journey. This Learning Agreement also links our learning to the Project Groups projects that we collaborate on.

Scope Components and Scope Project

Image
The Scope Components are the building blocks for the planned Project Scope. The Project Scope is the overall plan for my Practice-based Change Project that I am to implement in Part 3 and are informed by Contemporary Teaching, Digital Fluency, Leadership in Practice and Collaboration in Practice.    Each of the Scope Components focuses on an important aspect of   my  final Project Scope.   The Scope Components document was completed a total of 5 times. Each time a different section was the focus. Below is a copy of my final Scope Components and Scope Project document.
