Deliverable #2 - Website Design/Mockup 2D Sketches

For the past couple of weeks, I have been thinking about and drafting the layout of the website. This hasn't been an easy task and many changes have occurred.
I initially started by jumping straight into the website and playing around with templates. But this lead to confusion and uncertainty of what I was doing. I spoke to an IT specialist who has done some websites in his time. He offered to assist with coming up with the mockup design. All I had to do was provide some 2D sketches and have a sit down meeting with him to explain what I was actually after.

The brief I have for him is as follows:
- Easy to update
- Has member sections for Students and Teachers
- Is mobile ready and friendly
- Feedback and contact can be made within the site
- Humber, simple layout
- Has keyword searches
- Contains a resource gallery
- Easy to navigate
- Not too busy looking

As I work through this process, the ideas above will change or have more requirements added.
The following pictures are the 2D sketches of what I would like. These are only the starting part and will develop after I have sat down with my designer and discuss in more depth what the requirements actually are.

As you can see from the sketches, they are very basic. I have the ideas in my head but can't get them on paper well. Hopefully, I'll be able to explain it better with a face to face meeting.
